1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the grab555 platform (including the website at grab555.club and any associated mobile interfaces), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with grab555's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Account Registration

Each natural person is entitled to register a maximum of one (1) grab555 account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms.

grab555 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on grab555 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, subject to availability.

Deposits are credited to your grab555 wallet in real time upon successful processing. grab555 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used must belong to and be operated by the registered account holder.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally possible. grab555 reserves the right to conduct identity and fraud verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are typically between 5 minutes and 24 hours, subject to verification requirements and banking system availability.

grab555 reserves the right to void and reverse any transaction identified as fraudulent, erroneous, or in breach of these Terms. Where funds have been withdrawn prior to the identification of such a transaction, grab555 reserves the right to recover those funds through legal means.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

grab555 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all grab555 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

6. Gameplay Rules

By participating in any game or betting activity on grab555, you acknowledge that the outcome of each game is determined by independent certified random number generation or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical result of the dealer's actions — all subject to independent testing and certification.

grab555 does not manipulate game outcomes. However, in the event of a technical error or malfunction affecting a game round, grab555 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant players' accounts. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

All bets placed and accepted on grab555 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirmation. grab555 is not liable for bets placed in error by the account holder.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. grab555 may adjust these limits at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the grab555 platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to open an account in your name.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches — whether or not such errors result in financial gain.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or matched betting strategies in contravention of specific promotion terms.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Sharing account access with any third party.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the grab555 platform's software or infrastructure.

Breach of any of the above prohibited conduct rules constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles grab555 to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending account, void all pending bets, and withhold or recover any funds where legally permissible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the grab555 platform — including but not limited to the grab555 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of grab555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the grab555 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any grab555 content without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, grab555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, interruptions, or technical errors beyond grab555's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses resulting from gambling activities conducted on the platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

grab555's aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

grab555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on grab555, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of any confidentiality obligation owed to you.

Upon account closure for any reason, grab555 will return any legitimate, unwagered balance held in the account to the account holder via the registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Amendments

Nothing in this clause limits grab555's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests, intellectual property, or platform integrity.
